I have purchased an item and redeemed a coupon. Unfortunately the size doesn't fit, i came back to the store and asked for the right size of the same product. The manager said they will check in the system and he left from the store. The sales girl came back and said i have to pay 400 rupees in order to get an exchange for the item (Only the for the size chang). I am very disappointed because the your system.
