[Resolved] The Trendz Venue — Courier not received | |||
My self Vivek mahendra from Delhi. It's been a month that I have not received my courier. The company is just fooling the customer. The courier company (aramex) without any notice to me sended the courier back to them twice. I even had a talk with their some senior regarding this and he also made fake promise stating that I will receive the courier in 2 days. It is been a fortnight now that I have not received my courier. The courier is still with them in Mumbai only. It's been a very frustrating situation. Was this information helpful? | |||

Aug 04, 2015 The Trendz Venue's response Hi, Mahendra as i can see your order No.#sli14369 Dispatched Through Aramex And The Tracking Number : [protected], As Per Our Records It Shows That The Shipment Was Returned Back To Us Due To Non Availability Of Receiver. Also We Can Resend The Shipment If Customers Request Or The Shipment Is Considered As Returned . I Hope This Resolves Your Query And If there is Anything Else You Can Contact us @ [protected] from Monday to Saturday 10am to 6 pm

I have orderd joggers on trendsvenue on 15th-June but there is not showing any tracking staus for tha order no. #sli69722. I want to track my order where is it? Kindly give the feedback at the earliest becaus i unable to track my order on the site with my account.
