I have purchased a hoodie in Dec and they have shipped us the wrong product.As per their suggestions we have courier back the hoodie on our own to their mumbai office.they have promised us that once the receive the product they will refund the amount.

But it's been 2 month they have not refunded back my amount in my account..I have dropped 25 emails till now..but they keep giving date instead of refund..please help.They are fake company never help full whenever we call them in customer care.
