The Trendz Venue — Refund of money

Recently i have shopped from trendz venue but with COD. Later due to quality and size issues i had to return those products. As per there policy when a order is COD, they wont return us the money but shopping credits. Its been more than 40-50 days that i m searching for new products now but in vain they dont have anything to sell. Instead the products that are available on website, 70% of them are sold out. In such conditions how can we get refunded. Its about 2500/- rupees that are available as shopping credits. Please help me to get my money back into my bank account or ask them to update new products regularly.
