The Trendz Venue — Taken money but not provided product even after 20 plus days

I am Nitin Gautam from IIT Kanpur, I ordered 3 T-shirts from this company, but it provided me with only one and that too wrong, but took all money, so I contacted customer care so she said to courier it back to them and they will provide me the correct one, & I done so. But nearly 20 days has passed but it still had not responded to my complaint.
