I have ordered as sexy jacket worth Rs 1000/- and received an awful hoodie which i could not even dare to look at the pattern.

When I mailed them and said its a wrong delivery, they just told me its a surprise hoodie and told me to enjoy simple and no further reply to my questions.

I have ordered surprise hoodie (Small) black as shown in the attachment in this email from your online store but received a different order which is not even matching and i am very upset with this.

I have beem trying to reach you people via 1800 num and it keeps me on hold every time to speak to representative and drops off even bfor it connects to anyone.
