I would like to make a formal complaint against the trip gateway company. This is actually a holiday company but I got a call stating that since I make a lot of transactions through pay u money / gate way. I am selected as one of the 20 lucky customers and I get a Holiday package for 3 nights 4 days for 4 people only for Rs 10666/- and a free gift a Dell Inspiron 5555. Condition is you need to pay the money first and after 3 days we will despatched your docket number. and 5-7 working days you will get your gift. After a lot of effort from their end I agreed to pay online- 10666/-, This package is been booked by one man name KRISHNA GUPTA.
He also told me Rs 10666/- is been converted into 12 Emi's ( of Rs 888/- ) per month with zero percent interest. while doing online transaction some mistake happened ( i found the transaction declined) so I have taken another attempt then I found two transaction gone from my Citi Bank Credit card ( which I have a record) after a day I called to Krishna and told him about two transaction, he agreed and told me within 7-10 working days your other transaction amount will be refund.
There was no sign of any gift, nor any sign of my refund and aemi's conversation amount. They have given me various reasons of not sending the gift and the amount like, Server is down, Gift carriage van has mat with the accident... etc . In this time I had been conversed about 5- 6 people from their company like Ms Mahi & Anjali- Receptionst, Rahul Verma, Ashok Pandey ( in accounts). last 15 days I was insiting of talking to Higher authority person, They put me on The Manager name Mr Mahendra Pratap Singh, last 15 days I am talking to him. He assured me that yea all these story is true and assured me that by 15th of may I will receive my refund and the gift laptop.
On 13th May I called to confirm, I got some other new person lady name Ritika Sharma who claims to be the Manager and she tells me Mr Krishna Gupta and Mahendra Pratap singh has been kicked aout of the job beacuse of the Fraud conversations they had with us.
Now all these time non of these people called even once and told us, infact I have been calling which I have all the call records from April onwards.
Please help me, I want to make them understand the meaning of cheating. When I google the reviews for The Trip gateway I see similar complaints – promised a laptop/sony phone etc etc.
