I have applied for hotel booking in tripgate for some reason i have cancelled for traveling. They promised me that they will refund the amount till today i have not received any amount in my account. I have recieved an email from tripgate. (Greetings of the day,
We would like to inform you that we are going to refund your one package of rs 10499 vide transaction id :[protected] and the refund will be credited in your account within 45 working days as per our refund and cancellation policy (Your refund amount =[protected]=9450 your deduction will be 10% of 10499 = 1049 (I. E. Cancellation charges & processing fees) as per company's terms & conditions).

Now you don't have any issue with the company and your query/concern is solved.
Kindly remove or resolve all the compliant which you have posted in xyz websites and share us the screen shot and also kindly acknowledge the mail so that we can proceed further)
Dear review please be carefull don't ever try to book hotels in tripgate customer service so worst. Once if they take money they will make you to cry. Its my humble request.
