The Wrist Buddy — cheap low quality watch delivered. misrepresentation in ads. no customer care and refund

I had order watch from wrist buddy https://www.thewristbuddy.com/ and paid 3040 towards the watch.

The watch which has been delivered is of poor & low quality. I have been trying to reach their customer care via email & phone but all efforts are in vain. No one is responding to my mails nor answering any calls.

I have seen couple of customers were cheated by this company by showing high end watches as products but sending china made cheap qualities products to customers.

Please help in getting my money back & penalise these scammers.
