I had ordered a coffee table from their website, and according to their return policy, it was mentioned "full return within 7 days, no questions asked". I received a defective product and tried calling, emailing them same day to no avail.
They reply only on whatsapp to say that my return request has been rejected. When i asked why, there was no answer. They only say it is rejected.
The entire operation is run by one person only, so no complaints forum is available nor any senior management to speak to.
