I purchased a product from them in December 2021 and was promised delivery in Jan 2022. I have made the full payment, but no response from their teams on any emails or calls.

I had ordered a coffee table from their website, and according to their return policy, it was mentioned "full return within 7 days, no questions asked". I received a defective product and tried calling, emailing them same day to no avail.
They reply only on whatsapp to say that my return request has been rejected. When i asked why, there was no answer. They only say it is rejected.
The entire operation is run by one person...

I have purchased TheArmchair Dining Table set INR 38000 from Pepperfry.com which delivered with TERMITE INFESTED due to which my other furniture got infected.

After raising return complaint I didn't receive reply for next 4 days from Pepperfry on5th day I got the response from Abhimanyu from Thearmchair for asking more 2 days. In between these days my furniture got infected due their INFECTED prod, when I asked them for compensation...
