Thebestwatches — product was damaged

Dear team,
I ordered smartwatch (Wx2-3g android smart watch, waterproof with hd camera × 1) from their website "https://www.thebestwatches.in/" on 22nd July 2019 worth rs 1999/-
The product was delivered on 23rd July 2019 .
when i was Switch On the Device it will be not working properly hanging, Touch not working .
I tried reaching them on phone and even sent email for refund / return but no response received till date.

Please guide how i can get my money back.
