Dear team,
I ordered smartwatch (Wx2-3g android smart watch, waterproof with hd camera × 1) from their website "https://www.thebestwatches.in/" on 22nd July 2019 worth rs 1999/-
The product was delivered on 23rd July 2019 .
when i was Switch On the Device it will be not working properly hanging, Touch not working .
I tried reaching them on phone and even sent email for refund / return but no response received...

I placed an order for 'wx2-4g android smart watch' and received a non-functional and completely different sub-standard product which was nothing like the one displayed on the web store. I put up a return request and followed up multiple times but no response. Calling the customer care number is useless too. I have included the pictures of the product displayed on the website vs what i got.
Given the amount of effort required to follow...
