Thecoverzone.com — product ordered but undelivered

same problem... i ordered some covers on thecoverzon.com and the payment was made in advance. the status till yesterday was processing and now i can't even reach the site. no confirmation mail or bill was shared
I have also tried mailing them on their given customer care email but no response from it too.
yes an action should be taken against this

Even I am facing the same problem. My order No- 78850, I ordered the phone cover from The cover on on 2nd Oct and it still shows it's processing and no information regarding it's delivery is shown. Also I could not contact the company regarding the same.
Already paid for it, need my money back.

I m also facing the same problem I placed an order on 30th September they send me a confirmation mail but no details regarding the expected shipping date was mentioned in it and now I can't even contact to their customer care...so kindly take any action against this issue

Im regretting alot for ordering as the payment ws made in advance... The tracking shows processed.. Poor service.. Or im in doubt thag its a fraud site 😶

I have ordered an iPhone back cover on 2nd oct. 2018 and the payment was prepaid because it has no option of COD and till now Dtd 16th oct. 2018 it is not been delivered and while tracking the parcel it shows it is in processing and i have send them an email but it shows invalid mailing address..tell me how to handle this situation.
