Hi,

I have ordered one motorcycle jacket women (Order no. #dh1545) on thedelhihaat.com website on 9th oct'19. I have received a confirmation mail stating that they ll notify when the order is ready. I have mailed them twice for response and status of the product but hasn't received any reply yet.
Payment gateway was razorpay. I have paid 2000 rs for the product.
Since there is no other way to connect with the seller apart from mail (Which they are not responding to), razorpay must have access to the contact of the seller as they have approved the payment through their gateway.

Kindly provide me the product or initiate the refund.
