Sir/Ma'am,
I have ordered a powerbank of Sony company but seller send to me another powerbank of another local company which is in worst condition, after seeing the product just next day I send an email.
I have complained so many times but there is no any response from that side.
Now I want to return my product but no one is replying of my email as well as call.
So it's my humble request pls help me.
