Thegrid Spglobal — returning product as wrong product delivered as per the order

I had ordered 5 items as per my order no 11742.
Instead invoice also bears only details of 1 item instead of five.

Now neither there is option to return the product on your portal www.triviyaa.com nor we can contact as the site is totally fraud.

I have attached the pics of the ordered quantity with images of product appearing on portal. I request you to take back the parcel recd wrongly which contains 3 sarees worth 300/- only against my order for 3550/- which was cod.

Neither the delivery people are accepting and returning the cash.
Either give me the ordered products or cancel the order and return my cash.

I hope you will reply to the email and give positive response otherwise we will have to take some strict steps on the same.
