They promised to provide all of the following -

7· 24 x 7 Support to professionals post training regarding PMI application
8. 35 Hours of PDU’s (professional development Units) Certificate provided to professionals on the completion of training (PDU’s bear the stamp of the PMI) and is universally applicable.

They took the full advance payment basis the above commitment.
Issues:
1.Trainer was inexperienced, provided training for the 1st time, and he admitted this in the session.
2. Training conditions of the venue was absolutely shabby, I needed to stand for a significant time of the day due to major issues with the seats. The seats were the one used in a junior section of the school.
3. We spent significant time in technical challenges, no help available at the venue to sort the technical challenges.
4.Only one training material was provided (1.7 kg book out of the list of commitments), rest nothing was shared and no guidance provided in that aspect.
5. They committed for 3 mock tests, however none was provided, except was that was part of training material (1.7 kg book).
6. No post training support or 24 x 7 support available as promised.
7. When I reached out to the concerned people, they refused to help and now ignored my requests completely, although my exams are round the corner.
8. I asked in my email either to provide me all material as promised or re-take of training before my exam or refund of money - they did not entertain and refused all of it on the call.
From all this, they really look unprofessional and seems to be cheating us. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
