The reason I have raised this complaint is that, my previous one was closed without any proper response and justification.

Now, they are attempting another scam...Please take a look para of 20 Mar 24.

I've enrolled in the AZ500 course with certification for self-paced learning. At the time of enrolment, the counselor mentioned that it’s a PPT video, pre-recording class videos, and one complementary course also included in this 10, 000 INR, and I paid accordingly.

On the next day, I contacted the counselor about the login credentials they arranged on the same day. I appreciated that. but E-learning so-called PDF/PPT recording...

Hi, I enrolled in myself for IIBA ECBA certification on 12-oct-23. i paid 35k for the course training + ECBA certification and the ac manager avinash kumar promised that he will give 2 capestone projects alsong with the course orally but later while asked when it will be provided in whatsapp, he didnt respond on that, i was asking for refund of my money but they ( malavika ravi) said its no refund policy, you have to attend the close and may be give certification.. nothing we can do, so i attended the class .. atleast i was expecting some projects / practical dsicussion in calss by rachana patil.. she also didnt do...when i raised ticket - https://www.theknowledgeacademy.com/tickets/ - customer support team - Manohar started enquiring but later no use.. from that day no response from any of the team member/ the knowledge academy. I need refund of my money. atleast the exam voucher cost of 20K i need it back

I am writing to share a disheartening experience I had recently with Knowledge Academy's PRINCE2 training course, bearing the course ID B-TI-SO[protected]. I believe it is important to bring this to your attention so that others can be aware of the situation I encountered.

I just enquired about lean six Sigma certification to knowledge Academy from one of the websites after I registered with knowledge Academy. There was a call from a counsellor name Miss Kavya Gowda so Kavya inform me about the details of the courses and the price of the cost was Rs.50, 000 and she gave me a offer and then the price was deducted to 17, 700 including GST When Kavya was giving me the information I asked her that is it possible to start a course from Monday because I have just a week time to complete this course so she agreed to it and for that reason I did the payment after the payment was done, Kavya send me the details of the slots so there was no slots which was starting from Monday. It was directly starting in some mid of July or end of the July. So I asked Kavya that before she told me That I will get the classes on Monday and after that she denied so her way of attitude and the speaking behaviour totally changed and she started arguing with me. I have a WhatsApp screenshot of a chat with Kavya Gowda, where she mention me that I can go and complain and she mentioned me that I am not paying the money to him. I am paying the money to the company so I informed her that she is a representative from the company knowledge Academy, so she is responsible for the things which she is doing Later on. I got a call from her manager Sushmita Nath and Sushmita inform me that I have taken a Flexi pass and it’s not refundable but before the payment the counsellor didn’t inform me about the terms and conditions that if I do the payment there is no refund but later they are sending me some ### screenshots where it is clearly mention that it’s non-refundable non-transferable, so I am not the responsible person who should not get my refund back. I am a middle-class person Who runs a family in a very difficult situation and I remember how I collected that money for this course and now if I am asking a refund from them they’re telling it’s not possible for the refund and still they’re sending me the same screenshot again and again mentioning the slots on weekends which is not possible for me and this lose my interest in taking a class from knowledge Academy. Now since it’s a week I am asking them for a refund and there is no response from their side and Sushmita is continuously sending me an email that it’s not possible. It’s not possible and I am fed up of that email and it’s making me passive aggressive And I don’t know what should I do in this case and I am still hopeless now if any of you guys have a way to tackle the situation, please do let me know because I am not interested in taking any of the classes from knowledge Academy. I just need my Rs.17, 700 back from this knowledge Academy .

I am preparing for AWS certification and got failed in 1st attempt, and I got call from theknowledgeacademy for the same course with some commitment, and offering some discount on course if I enroll on call only, I was looking for this kind of guidance and I enrolled my self and after attending one session I found all the commitments were false and just for selling there courses they are committing anything.

I have been promised devop certified program collecting 24500rs.not responding

I enrolled for a PMI PBA course as there is a requirement to take such course from one of the PMI authorised institutions. The fee included 6 courses and an exam voucher which can be used to take the final PMI exam (worth 35000)
But I haven't been given that voucher, folloing up with them for over a month but they keep saying that PMI is not providing them with the voucher and all the excuses in the world. Please help

I paid 20k for course and certification after i got an confirmation email from them. Before making the payment they called everyday asking me to make me the payment. Once I made the payment i’m not getting proper response for mail and my call.
