Hi,
I, Dr Kalpana Raval, had ordered a Samsung s4 mini phone from your website on the 4th of May 2014, order No:[protected].I had paid for the same through my credit card. I have been trying to follow up on the order on your website as well as the customer care number. On the website i keep getting a message that the order is in progress. When i tried to ask the customer care executives a few days ago they assured me that my product had been dispatched and will be reaching me soon. They gave some tracking number for a courier company called "delhivery" but i have not yet had any luck with getting the mobile inspite of today being the 10th day post my ordering the phone.
In this day and age when the shopping websites are competing with each other and offering either same day deliveries or next day deliveries, it seems very pathetic that a company such as yours has not been able to do this in even 10 days (which according to me is more than reasonable and adequate period of time).
Also there are no clarifications from the customer care about what is happening and they refuse to lodge in a complaint or give a complaint number.
This form of service is deplorable and not expected specially as we have been already charged upfront for the product.
I will like for someone higher up in the customer care department to look into this matter as failing which i will be forced to take appropriate and necessary legal action.
