I have placed an order of htc desire 816 on 7th october and order number is[protected].I hve done payment through debit card.I hve rceeived a tracking number on 10th but still i havent received my handset and it is not tracked online also and service on helpline is also very poor.Dont know what to do.My 20000 Rs is at stake.
