Thepancard.com — Applied for duplicate pan card on thepancard.com - a fraud

Dear Sir,
I applied for a duplicate PAN Card as I lost my original. After making the payment through Paytm, realised this to be a fraud website. I have paid INR 399 through Paytm. Also I am worried as I have shared all my aadhar details with them. Kindly help me get the refund of the said amount.
