Thepancard.com — Delay in getting pan card

I have applied for new pan card for my daughter through the service portal "thepancard.com. But till date it is not done or any acknowledgement number is provided. attaching the screen shot taken from their portal.

Pan card is mandatory for opening the bank account which is an urgent factor for my daughter's higher studies.

Requesting you to pls help me to get the pancard or to get my order cancelled so that i can apply for new through NSDL.

Updated by അന്നാ ആൻ Pls note that it has taken more than 01 saying an excuse due to corona it is taking time, but in emergency what people like us do?

Pls help me to get back my amount as we applied through epan and got digitally signed pancard within 5 minutes. And surprisingly till today nobody from "The Pancard" yet viewed our complaint!!
