Thepancard.com — didn't receive my pan card yet

I had submitted my pan application on 24th November 2020 and had done a payment of 379 Rs. My customer code is A3106705. I had sent my required documents and it had been validated by 5th Dec but then the further process of generating the coupon number is not yet done. I had asked several times to their customer support chat as to when would I receive my Pan card but I get the same reply which doesnt help in any which way. It is my request to you to please give it to me as soon as possible as I require it urgently. Its been a month and I still haven't received my Pan card.
