I applied for my pan in april 2021 and now it is august 2021 when i am writing this complaint. My customer code is A3563465.
When I sent them my pan application through post, they updated me that my name in the application is not matching with my name in my aadhar card. So I told them that they can proceed the application as per my name in aadhar card and provided them required documents for that issue immediately.
After that there is no update from them so I tried to communicate with their customer support and they told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would process my documents and would let me know, this thing happened in june 2021 but since then I have not received any update from them.
If they are unable to process my application, I want them to withdraw it and refund me my money. I will submit another application from any other place.
I have to do a lot of things in my life for which pan is required and now I am stuck unable to do anything.
