Thepancard.com — Worst customer and delay in service--refund my money back

I placed an order for 2 PAN cards thru Thepancard.com on 15th DEC, 2020 and 16th Dec, 2020. Customer Code: A3201423 and A3205616. I paid 379*2 for both the orders and the Form 49A via Speed post.

Its been a more than a month and they even bother to reply back to queries. If you query something they will reply like a robotic way which is out of box. Looks like the customer care doesn't understand English.

The convenience fee is too high INR 256, which is 200% more than of a PAN card fee. If the convenience fee is high then the customer service should super fast. But it's other way around. I guess all the reviews on site were fake and the site itself is fake. I never seen such a sick and worst customer service.

During this wait period I applied for instant pan cards online. I got them in 10 mins. So I don't need your costly and stupid service anymore. Request you to please cancel both my applications and refund my money back.
