My name is RAJESWARI.
Today i received my ordered product smart robotic automatic room vacuum cleaner by cash on delivery method and paid Rs. 4999.
But the product is not the same as they mentioned in their website catalog. It is totally fake product. We are totally disappointed and also we want to return that product and also get back our money. But in their website
The address they mentioned for return a product is just like

We think the address is not in proper. The address contains only pin code and state name. How the return product reach them. I immediately mailed them mentioned above all and I requested to send a proper contact details and address. But yet they didn't reply. I don't know what should I do.so I register this complaint against thermo classic.
