Robotic vacuum cleaner not getting charge and no charger received with this vacuum cleaner. As a result it is not working....

I return the item but no response and also there phone no not valid ....

We had made a payment of 5000 for a vacuum cleaner. After making the payment there is no communication from the vendor.

Now the link is also not opening...

I purchased one robotic vaccume cleaner +mop from thermoclassic. On receipt I found that this is not the product I ordered. Therefore I immediately requested for its return and my refund. I am still waiting for action to be taken by the firm. Product is in its original shape as I have not used it....
