I had ordered your smart I robotic vacuum cleaner on 23 December 2020, for 4999/- received the parcel on 29 Dec 2020. But it was not the one I had ordered, it is of Andowl Q6S (Chinese company). I have been cheated by you. I need to know how this has happened. Please rectify it to me. And send me the product of Thermoclassic smart I robotic vacuum cleaner (black) which I have ordered. I will send you the bogus product back to any address you send me, but only after receiving my Authentic product stated above. Awaiting your earliest reply and cooperation. Thanks
