Theshophut — fake product received

I had ordered for women watches & received a fake product of fast track all broken, i am trying to mail them but there is no response at all.
I have been seeing lot of people state this as a fake, there is no contact number also to reach these people to state our concern. Facebook team please do not encourage such adds or fake adds, which is having customers loose their money.
