Theshoppingbazar — not receive my order

I have ordered a dress from https://theshoppingbazar.in/ on 29th august 2019. The same day i received communication as i will be getting my order on 17th september 2019. The order id is #37106. I have tried calling them but the mobile phone is switched off. Can you please help to resolve this issue?
