I have place an order to purchase the Oppo (Refurbished) mobile phone on the website of thestockcut.com. I have made payment of rs 1000.00 using bhim upi. The payment was successfully transferred to merchant account. After that merchant website ask me to confirm the payment using the given link on whatsapp. When i clicked the link it redirected to whatsapp having mobile no 91. Hence whatsapp could not send message because mobile no. Is too short (I. E. 91). The merchant does not confirm the payment nor giving any acknowledgment of received payment also not providing any email/message to me. The mobile no. provided to contact section do not have incoming facility. So i am not been able to contact with the merchant either. I have also sent the email to theshort [protected]@gmail.com in which i have mentioned the order number and transaction details and asked them to deliver my item but no response has been provided to me. Please help me to refund my amount. Also take strict action to the person who is responsible to cheat public using fraud shopping website.
