I ordered a smart watch (Jinx x7 waterproof touch screen wi-fi gps bluetooth android ios smartwatch) of price 396 rupees from the above website thetrustedshop.in sponsered by facebook, my order confirmed via gmail with order id #5244, and i have paid through netbanking but till now no updation. On clicking view your order it shown does not exist.
No reply from supportive official email in spite of several reminder
