Product received is a completely wrong 1 from what i ordered.. i want my money refunded and get the product collected at an earliest.. the product is unbranded and also doesn't have all the functions as shown in the video mentioned in the description.

purchased this product from their website https://www.thewristbuddy.com on 3rd March 2018 ( order id[protected] and product was estimated delivery on 5th march 2018. Client number is not traceable as it is suspended by the telecom company.
