I had ordered a kw 9x smartwatch from www.thewristbuddy.com for 3200 rupees. I got a different product that was not even close to the product which i ordered. When i tried contacting the costomer service, i got no reply and when i tried calling them, they did not pick up the calls. I recieved the watch on 3rd april 2018. I paid cash on delivery.
