I ordered a smartwatch from Wristbuddy and frankly it was a big mistake. They’ve sent me a cheap Chinese watch and taken a hefty amount. Their customer care number is out of service and they’re not responding to emails.
There are numerous complaints on the internet which I just saw after receiving the product and I don’t know why the website hasn’t been shut down yet.
I need to return this watch asap and get my money back.
