Thewristbuddy.com — received defective & fake watch from the website

The company is totally fraud, i had ordered smart watch for my son.
Order no[protected]. The watch details i ordered are
"kw 8x android 5.1 bluetooth smart watch with heart rate sensor, pedometer, calling, 3g, wi-fi and ios compatible"

Where as i received some local defective watch, it does not even charge and does not turn on. I mailed their customer care but no reply. The number displayed on website does not exist. This is really worst as my son collected money entire year to buy smart watch.
Please help to recover my money.

Updated by rushikeshnisal HI Team I got call from number [protected], He said his name is Rahul sharma and he is calling from consumer forum . He asked for my UPI account number and gave me one number [protected] for forwarding the message that he wills send me.

I feel it was fake call and he was threatening me that he will mark the complaint as resolved if I don't follow his instructions .
Please look into the matter as the person calling didn't seemed to be one of your agent
