I order a smart watch kw9x on 24.2.18 in wrist buddy i received a product on 5.3.18 but in the delivery pack i got a wrong product it's a fake watch and i put return for refund a product on 6.3.18 and i received a mail from wrist buddy they give a date for refund a product to 15 days tat on 21.3.18 i last date for a return and refund my product but still the date finished no one contact me for about return and refund the product from wrist buddy, so please help me to refund my product.
