Hello team,
I had ordered the kw8x model from the website on 20 jan 2018. but have received an entirely different model which is not even listed among the product list.
The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off.

Require a replacement, a compensation and also would like to file a complaint regarding the lethargic and non responsive behaviour of the team.
