I was booked my ticket in TAT travels App with wrong date. I was select the 24 august 2018 instead of Aug 26 2018 and Book the ticket through TAT mobile app.

Immediately i will make a call to their call center and Talk with
Mr.Kubendran[protected] and told my problem and ask him to postpone my ticket to August 26 2018.

He told me "i will check and call back to you with in 10 minutes".

I don't get any phone call from him. I will call again after 20 minutes.

"He said there is no availability on the date. So your ticket will postponed 25 August 2018." without my knowledge he is postponed my ticket.

And i went to their Head office, Theni, Opp to Aravinth Eye Hospital. Met Mr. Asai - Manager (Very worst - Character and Attitude ). And told him to my problem, first he said, if we book the ticket through TAT website and TAT app they can able to postponed ticket to Aug 26 2018. After he talk to Mr.Kubendran-Customer Care Person, "its not able to postponed, we can postponed only one time per ticket".

Both (Mr Asai and Mr Kubendran) are using myself as a football. Finally i travelled with my family on which is postponed by Mr Kubendran on 25 Aug 2018.

I am very disappointed. I am a customer with TAT 15 years.

I know their Owner Mr. Venkatesh also, But they refuse to allow met with him.

The both Persons (Asai and Kubendran) to be punish. They are treat the customers too bad.

Most of the drivers does not drop the passengers right place.

My Family also having a bad experience with these travels,

One driver drop my family (1 Female and 2 Kids) with Reserve Forest Area from 10 KM from Chengalpet at 4:30 AM instead of Chengalpet Bye-Pass. And i made complaint with Customer care. They don't care about it.

Then the Bus maintenance also very bad.

Customer service is really bad...Also they are not responding properly ..If the bus is getting delayed..Even the travel agents like Blue wings in Tirunelveli aren't able to tell when the bus will come...I really liked your travels ..But very deeply disappointed by this behavior...
