I booked 4 sleeper ticket from Kodaikanal to chennai. And my mom handicapped I have a small baby. We r waiting long time the place. But the bus left without informing us and not even a single call. After reach the office they asked to stop the bus after 15 km. ###. And the bus even not a sleeper. Just an ordinary bus. After dindigul they told us to will arrange a bus. But they put passengers on other buses which one having a free seat.We made a problem with the driver . He remembered in his mind and call us after get down chennai then saying my mom went bathroom on the bed. We asked a pic to share. And first he said my baby. We were slept in upper but how ??? We asked.. then suddenly he is saying the women who is not well like that. So physically challenged means anything Can say??? My mom could walk. So mANY TIMEs we travel like this. She worried s lot. Please take a action on this

I booked a ticket for dindigul but driver yu ticket booked for theni... And my pick up point has been changed.. And even my dropping point has been changed.. Bus staff has been using really very bad words. This how you speak to your customers.. Very poor service from biggest transport service. This is really a very serious issue you need to take action against them.

stopping for food

My bus started at 5.30 and bus driver said for dinner they ll stop dindigul. Arround 10 they reached dindigul.. Passenger said to stop at some motel but driver didn't and he stopped at some other motel night at 11.30pm (Becuase of his internal dealing). Very worst food i ever had it before.
1.11.30 is that the right time for dinner?
2. To reach cumbum to dindigul whether it ll take 5 hrs? Comparatively setc is better.
3. Motel name stopped is akshaya? Is the reputed hotel. Please regularise it

tat canceled the bus and no refund and no proper response

I have booked ticket for my husband from kavalkinaru to Chennai on 26th September and the bus was canceled on the same day with just a message. For the refund amount I have been claiming daily till 13th November. The only response was we will check with the manager and will let you know. If we ask more questions then they will disconnect the call. Customer care lady response in a harsh tone and no answer for my money still. I am attaching the details of the ticket.

worst behaviour of driver - trichy to chennai on 8th november 3pm semi sleeper bus

For few minutes of delay, behaved very worst and not convinced to get into next stop. Ofcourse driver called. By holding my kid, i was unable to pickup. Within 2, 3 mind i called back. Nearly half an hour went behind them and caught bus. Irrespective words from the driver. Felt very bad. Never had such experience. That too with my kid. Came from trichy to chennai on 8th november 3pm semi sleeper bus. And regarding boarding we called to customer care. There were no response from the customer care. No driver number with us.

I was booked my ticket in TAT travels App with wrong date. I was select the 24 august 2018 instead of Aug 26 2018 and Book the ticket through TAT mobile app.
Immediately i will make a call to their call center and Talk with
Mr.Kubendran[protected] and told my problem and ask him to postpone my ticket to August 26 2018.
He told me "i will check and call back to you with in 10 minutes".
I don't get any phone call from him. I will call again after 20 minutes.
"He said there is no availability on the date. So your ticket will postponed 25 August 2018." without my knowledge he is postponed my ticket.
And i went to their Head office, Theni, Opp to Aravinth Eye Hospital. Met Mr. Asai - Manager (Very worst - Character and Attitude ). And told him to my problem, first he said, if we book the ticket through TAT website and TAT app they can able to postponed ticket to Aug 26 2018. After he talk to Mr.Kubendran-Customer Care Person, "its not able to postponed, we can postponed only one time per ticket".
Both (Mr Asai and Mr Kubendran) are using myself as a football. Finally i travelled with my family on which is postponed by Mr Kubendran on 25 Aug 2018.
I am very disappointed. I am a customer with TAT 15 years.
I know their Owner Mr. Venkatesh also, But they refuse to allow met with him.
The both Persons (Asai and Kubendran) to be punish. They are treat the customers too bad.
Most of the drivers does not drop the passengers right place.
My Family also having a bad experience with these travels,
One driver drop my family (1 Female and 2 Kids) with Reserve Forest Area from 10 KM from Chengalpet at 4:30 AM instead of Chengalpet Bye-Pass. And i made complaint with Customer care. They don't care about it.
Then the Bus maintenance also very bad.

Customer service is really bad...Also they are not responding properly ..If the bus is getting delayed..Even the travel agents like Blue wings in Tirunelveli aren't able to tell when the bus will come...I really liked your travels ..But very deeply disappointed by this behavior...

refund not received. worst customer service.
I have booked tat travels from chennai to tirunelveli on 11/06/18. I informed driver that i will board the bus at perungalathur. The actual timing at perungalathur is 10:30am. I reached there on time. Upto 10:40 bus did not come. When i tracked it showed near singaperumal koil. They did not contact me at any time. Very worst customer service from tat. Now i need refund as i did not travel in this bus. A lady from tat also did not give proper response. They are not bothered about the customer who have paid for their ticket. How they will reach their destination and all.

I would like to inform you that, i had booked the ticket for my mother from Theni to Chennai on 7- Nov-2019 8:55 PM Thursday..Please refer the attached ticket details for your more reference.
We was waiting in the Allinagaram stopping for catch the bus..Unfortunately bus not came actual time and staffs told us to change the bus without any information since assigned bus driver is drunk and he is not able to start the bus..so they changed the bus and it came the spot 1 hour late.Also we booked lower birth for my mother since she is not well..but executive told us to change the birth in upper place..we told them clearly she is not able to climb the steps..actually that bus was seater and sleeper..surely that is not our fault and there is no prior update..Finally they have provided seat in lower and they confirmed that they will return 200 rupees for compensate. Still we did not get the amount and we faced very worst service ever..
I request you to please provide the compensate amount ASAP.

The ### in TAT bus no PY01CN9199 Chennai to Kodaikanal on 27 April. forced me to take 1/2 ticket Rs.300. for my 3 1/2 years old daughter. His contact no. [protected]. I travelled from theni to chennai on 20 th march 2018.ac sleeper. Dep time at theni 9.30 pm. Ticket was booked through yatra.com.
Single sleeper was available only in 18 upper in the last one. Before booking, i enquired with their theni office reg. The adjustment of getting if any convenient sleeper available. They also promised that they would provide if any vacant till getting into the bus.
The sleeper last one was terrible.. Heavy jerking..
I requested the driver to provide to give me a good berth... Because, nearly half of the total capacity were vacant. But, he provided the dirty sleeper. I was not ready to take it.
He bluntly told me take that sleeper or to continue me in the last behind one 18 u.
Driver was adamant and a #..
I have never seen such a worst driver and travels like thirumal alagu.

This is Vinoth. I had booked a ticket on the 1st of December to Theni through Redbus in TAT. The ticket details are as below:
Ticket number: TKCU30129035
Pnr number : TATHC1HRT44
Further ticket details are attached below. Please find the attachment.
My issue is that, I haven't been given a refund of the above, since I couldn't board the bus on time in Porur, Chennai.
The bus driver/conductor asked us to come from Porur to Perungalathur.
So we went there and called the driver when the driver asked to come to Vandalur.
I again had to rush to Vandalur admist the heavy traffic. We were waiting there for an hour. So after reaching Vandalur when i called the driver he said that there has been a different arrangement made with a bus coming from Adayar.
He said me to contact Vandalur office.
At both the destination the driver left without waiting for us inspite of asking us to come.
Meanwhile I had reached 10.30pm to the TAT office in Vandalur and an official there informed that I had been informed incorrectly by the driver regarding a different arrangement. He also asked the driver and he did not pick the call. He asked us to leave saying our ticket money will be refunded. He also said to send a mail to redbus.
It has been 19 days and there is no sign of refund. I have all the phone recordings to give as proof against the TAT driver, who promised me there will be a different arrangement.
We had to drive at drangerous speeds to get to two different locations. We were waiting at midnight on the roads along with a women.
Due to the confusion, I had to take the concerned people to koyembedu at midnight and help them board a government bus. It was too risky at that time of the hour, as there were women present.
TAT had given us immense problem in one night. I wouldn't shy from approaching the COMMISIONER OF POLICE and go to the CONSUMER COURT to raise a complaint regarding the same as I have enough proof.
I would also tag along Redbus as it was the only medium through which I booked a ticket in TAT. The CUSTOMER CARE executives were quick enough to dismiss the query and closed it as the fault was on our side.

I had been following TAT regarding the issue since the 4th of December. They are have been lying it will be refunded in two days since then. Now after 20 days, today they asked me to raise a complaint witj redbus which is of no use as redbus doesnt respond. TAT has so much complaints online, then why has redbus collaborater with it?
My time was wasted. My money was wasted. My diesel got wasted. And all the more we lost our peace of mind.
So I want to excalate the issue until my refund is done!
I am not bothered about the Rs. 1300. If a common man has to go through ### by such people, I do not mind taking it forward and raising a complaint with the consumer FORUM.

change bus timings, transfer passenger to different bus in between... etc

I travelled through the tat travels from chennai to cumbum (Tamilnadu) and is booked via redbus.
After few minutes of travels i. E outskirts of chennai, they parked the vehicle in a hotel. And after one hour of delay and they asked all passenger to transfer to a new bus and there was no complaint on the bus. Simply because the seats are not full (Even we were 13 passengers), and forces old age and kids to move to uppper birth from lower birth booking and asked lower birth people to go for sitting travel. No proper info. Or rude answer check your tat office for the same. Even some of the passenger they asked to drop in between i. E sabarimal bakthas had to drop before the stop point and asked them to go to govt bus for the remaining journey in a pathetic way. It is worst travels and i am facing this problem frequently. Since they have bus service for every 10 minutes and they exchange if one of the bus is not filled and forced to move other bus with different seating allotment. Horrible.
And during the vacation, the price were two to three times without any consideration. Private travels like tat are doing very horrible things. No govt. Officials are taking any steps.
Even when i complained with redbus, they were not able to solve the probem. Worst consumer serive at redbus.

Redbus புக் பண்ணியவர்கள் புகார் அளித்தும், ஒரு பதிலும் இல்லை..

அதுவும் இல்லமால் 4 வயது குழந்தை களுக்கும் அரை டிக்கெட் எடுக்க சொல்லி அட்டூழியம், செக்கர் என்ற முறையில் பயணிகளை தொந்தரவு வேறு..!! கடைசியில் 4 மணி நேரம் கழித்து ஊரு சேர்ந்தார்..
Tat போன்ற 10 நிமிடத்துக்கு ரூட்உயர்வு பஸ் வைத்து கொண்டு, பயணிகள் இடை வழியில் மாற்றி அட்டூழியம் செய்ப்பவர்கள் அதிகரித்துள்ளது..அதுவும் பண்டிகை என்றால் 2 அல்லது 3 மடங்கு கட்டணம் வேறு..!! இவர்கள் அடங்கும் நாள் சீக்ரம் வரும்..!!
After few minutes of travels i. E outskirts of chennai, they parked the vehicle in a hotel. And after one hour of delay and they asked all passenger to transfer to a new bus and there was no complaint on the bus. Simply because the seats are not full (Even we were 13 passengers), and forces old age and kids to move to uppper birth from lower birth booking and asked lower birth people to go for sitting travel. No proper info. Or rude answer check your tat office for the same. Even some of the passenger they asked to drop in between i. E sabarimal bakthas had to drop before the stop point and asked them to go to govt bus for the remaining journey in a pathetic way. It is worst travels and i am facing this problem frequently. Since they have bus service for every 10 minutes and they exchange if one of the bus is not filled and forced to move other bus with different seating allotment. Horrible.
And during the vacation, the price were two to three times without any consideration. Private travels like tat are doing very horrible things. No govt. Officials are taking any steps.
Even when i complained with redbus, they were not able to solve the probem. Worst consumer serive at redbus.

Driver was found drunk while driving. His behaviour towards all passengers is very worst. He treated passengers very badly. Dropping location whatever we put is not followed throughout the journey. Kindly take action towards this type of drivers spoiling the travels name entirely. Check the attached photo of the driver

Worst office at chennai

Idiotic morrons sitting in chennai tat travels office. They allot tickets by phone for 9pm bus and vil cancel the same at 9 20pm. Tat too the morrons won't inform us even while v r sitting in office. Stupid service.. They allot ticket for 9.45 bus. Please take action on their service.. It is terrible.. They are always lethargic on passengers satisfaction.

This is very very bad experience to me in tat travels I booked ticket in 9pm bus chennai to madurai 7 pm we get call from tat travels he told me 9pm bus is Breck down
So we will send in next bus i block the ticket I told ok no problem he told but you have to go vandalor I said ok I came to vandalor next bus came bus driver told no site available come in next bus I'm very desapont now I'm setting in vandalor now time is 11.50 pm so this is the service giving tat travels

Unethical behavior by driver and require refund of amount

We had booked two tickets in thirumal alagu travels a/c sleeper for travel on 5th september, 2016 (Time:8 pm) chennai to tirunelveli. We got a call saying that the time was changed to 7 instead of 8pm. At the time of boarding, we were given a non ac bus instead of ac bus. Also, we have particularly booked lower seats but we were asked to board the upper berths. When we confronted the driver, he hurled obscene words at us asking us to get down right away for questioning him.
Ticket fare of ac bus was rs.1000 while the fare for non ac is around rs.600. We were not given a refund of the amount, on top of it the driver fought with us like a psychopath to the point of almost hitting us.
The name of the driver is chandran and his mobile number is [protected].
We want the refund amount back and also have the driver escalated so that he doesn't behave like that again to any other passenger.

I booked three tickets from Chennai (Adyar) to Cumbam in TAT travels (Full Sleeper) on 28th May 2017, carried two small travel bags and a 30 inch LED tv that was not in working condition. The driver demanded extra 500 Rupees for the LED TV which was also part of my luggage and was very rude to me for justifying that it is also a part of my luggage. I didn't have any other way except paying the money. In spite of paying so much, the driver transferred us from the sleeper bus to a seater Bus in mid night saying that, there is an issue with the bus and we are taking this bus to a work shop. But, the bus travelled till Theni and the driver has lied that the Bus was having some issue.They did not even return a single penny and didn't have the courtesy to even apologise. This is not my first bad experience, this has happened many times to me and my friends. They are not loyal to their customers and very rude in behaviour. They do false marketing that they operate 10 Bus routes from Adyar and cancel the buses most of the time.
I booked one tickets from Theni to Chennai (Adyar) TAT travels on 8th October 2017, I didn’t get got any call but time was changed to 8:15 PM instead of 8:50 PM
