Your local network engineer came to my house verified problem taken vedio and capture also he was told me I have completed my job and send a mail to costumer care on 23-10-19.i have daily talking to costumer care they told me
Report is not updating hold on the line continuesly the number is busy I am feeling very badly I am waiting 2to3 days after that I am taking necessary action please rectify our TV problem or replace my TV my warranty card also previous mail sending to your customer care please take action as soon as possible early date builing address is vamsi s/o kalava Siva Rami Reddy
