        I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing complaint regarding the unresolved repair of my Thomson TV which was purchased from Flipkart . Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from the company, the issue remains unresolved for the past two months, causing significant inconvenience.

        Key Facts of My Complaint:

        1. My TV was delivered within 12 hours of booking, yet after two months of damage, there has been no solution.

        2. The initial diagnosis led to a board replacement it was replaced, and it did not fix the issue.

        3. The engineer later confirmed that the panel requires changing, repair, or replacement, but this crucial update was not communicated to the service team, resulting in unnecessary delays.

        4. Despite repeated requests, the company has failed to fulfill its warranty obligations, even though the product is covered under a one-year warranty.

        1. Immediate resolution of my TV repair, with a clear timeline.

                        I have bought a thomson washing machine through flipkart on oct month 2022 for rs.6500.It has stopped working within 20 days and I have raise a complaint for more than 11 times but no response from the thomson side totally a worst product they have solden for me pls register a complaint against thomson and do the needful.I am also having mail proof and product proof

                          Dear Team,
                          i have purchased my thomson TV on 28th May-2022 and now with in 7 months TV stop working and i called to customer care they told to file complaint by sending mail only. I send mail, after 24 hours itslef no response for the mail and reminders. Again i called customer care, Mr Akash told me that we rcvd the mail, wait for 2r hrs for revert. I asked about service, he told wait for revert then based on revert it may take 24 hrs for service. I asked for more clarity on service he repeated same answer and in between the conversation he disconnected the call.
                          Such a process oriented service request initiation and irresponsible cuatomer care is not seen in any companies.
                          Also TV is using my old parents and its their main time spending activity. Irresponsible act of company leads to mental and physical agony for my old parents and even for me too.
                          Proper and timely Customer service is the main responsibility of any companies and Thomson is not having any proper customer service process and syatem, still they are selling consumer durable goods in India.
                          So please take action against thomson TV my TV is under warranty period.

                            I purchased a Thomson 9A series 80cm on August 24 on flipchart. But the half display is not working from last month.

                            I am Rajesh having issue with my thomson tv where there is no power supply coming to the tv and my tv is under warranty till this month. And i have complainted about this issue before one month but still i dont get resolution on that i did saveral mail.and call to service boy.but they never respond.the service bou was come to home.i got headache by geting this tv.i will seggest all to not buy at this worst tv brand.where they dont have customer support and no service center.also they dont care about customer after got product. I want to do complaint consumer court against this tv brand.my warrenty will end on this month.i wamt quick resolution unless i will throw this tv onto headquarters of your thomson or in garbage.i saw many unsatisfied customer who are waiting for 2 or more months for service.and i segested many of my friends to not buy your products .if i never got reply from you with in a 10 days i surely throw your tv.
