Thomson — Tnomson TV

Dear Team,
i have purchased my thomson TV on 28th May-2022 and now with in 7 months TV stop working and i called to customer care they told to file complaint by sending mail only. I send mail, after 24 hours itslef no response for the mail and reminders. Again i called customer care, Mr Akash told me that we rcvd the mail, wait for 2r hrs for revert. I asked about service, he told wait for revert then based on revert it may take 24 hrs for service. I asked for more clarity on service he repeated same answer and in between the conversation he disconnected the call.
Such a process oriented service request initiation and irresponsible cuatomer care is not seen in any companies.
Also TV is using my old parents and its their main time spending activity. Irresponsible act of company leads to mental and physical agony for my old parents and even for me too.
Proper and timely Customer service is the main responsibility of any companies and Thomson is not having any proper customer service process and syatem, still they are selling consumer durable goods in India.
So please take action against thomson TV my TV is under warranty period.
