Thomson — TV Board replacement

I have logged a complaint on last 12th (June) with with your customer care team as my Thomson TV is not powering on.
After couple of days, representative came with the different board and went back saying that it needs to be returned and need to order correct one.

It's more than 3 weeks now since I logged the complaint and still waiting.
I called your customer care number and no proper response.

Is there any SLA for this?
To replace a board will it take more than 3 weeks ?
