I purchased Thomson 9A series 40 inches on decmber 21 2020. but now it's facing display issue. it's showing vertical lines in display...I trying Thomson customer care but all numbers is coming invalid...

KTU5301121T11643 that person came & factory reseted 2 days working after that same issue. Again sent mail multiple times no one responding plz resolved asap
