On 29th March I contact with Thomson For my 32 Inch TV repairing. They gave me reply on 31st March.I mailed Them several time but they did not give me any feedback. after that They told me to pay 350 rupees for 2nd service request. But it almost one month passed but no one come to visit my home for servicing. A customer representative named Srimon Karmakar Mobile number[protected] called me on 14th April and said that he will come that day but he did not come. after one week On monday 21st April I called him and said if you not came today i will lodge a complaint against you and threatened me that he cancelled my Service registration request. and one of his employee called me and said that they cancelled my request.I am so much dissapointed with Thomson brand. they don't have any customer care service number to call. Their number never connected through phone.

Very bad Experience for Thomson 42inch QLED which had gone to update mode and on reboot Showing Blank screen from 1-Dec-24. Tried calling their Customer Service on number provided-[protected] but they didn't pick the call for 2 days and on 3-Dec-24 when they picked they are asking to log a Call by Email on [protected]@thomsontv.in. I have even done this. On 4-Dec-24 I recieved a response that mail recieved would share complaint number...

We have purchased Thomson TV and it barely worked for 2 months, after that it got horizontal strips on the display and within few 2 days whole panel got the lines and we raised a complaint, but no response from the team. It's been almost 30 days we are trying to reach the team and no one is responding and the issue is not resolved. Despite sending many mails, we are getting a constant reply that we are looking into the issue. I don't know how many days will it take to resolve. Product working for only 2 months is so much disappointment to the consumer.

I can't believe the utter disappointment and frustration I've had with my Thomson QLED TV. This piece of junk barely lasted a year before turning into a worthless pile of electronic waste. I mean, seriously, is this the best Thomson can do?

Within the first few months, I started noticing display issues that were like a slow death for my TV. Colors were distorted, and the image quality resembled a pixelated nightmare. I thought, "No big deal, it's under warranty." Little did I know that this TV would be nothing but a headache.

I contacted customer support, and the so-called "repair" process was an absolute joke. Technicians came and went, tinkering with the TV like clueless amateurs. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally threw in the towel, admitting defeat. Congratulations, Thomson, for selling a product that's apparently too complicated for your own technicians to fix!

And let's talk about the warranty period – it's almost like a cruel joke. The TV miraculously held on until the last day of the warranty, and then, like clockwork, it decided to kick the bucket. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. It's like they designed these TVs to self-destruct right after the warranty expires.

Thomson, you should be ashamed of putting out such subpar products and hiding behind a flimsy warranty. It's a slap in the face to consumers who trusted your brand. I've never felt more cheated in my life.

In conclusion, save yourself the headache and stay far away from Thomson QLED TVs. It's a colossal waste of money, and you'll end up with nothing but regret. Thompson, you should be ashamed of putting out such a subpar product and hiding behind a flimsy warranty. It's a slap in the face to consumers who trusted your brand. I've never felt more cheated in my life. Shame on you, Thomson. Shame on you.

Issue: After switching on the TV, the remote’s power button does not work and sometimes in the middle of watching TV, if the user try to operates the TV with the help of remote and it’s will not work. Tried to changing with the Batteries and it’s of no use.

My thamson tv is not working properly. It will run continue 2 to 3 hours the display not working properly.

Please be informed that I purchased Thomson TV on[protected] so suddenly the display of TV is becoming hazy & multiple horizontal lines are emerging as well. This is utterly disappointing to get this kind of issue from such a reputed brand just within 1 year.

Look into the matter & fix the issue ASAP as already I mailed so many times but no response received yet. Moreover I had a conversation with a customer executive regarding the same.

Note: They said panel needs to be changed but not available but now no one is responding nor even technician is bothered to pick up my calls & himself saying why u buy tv from Thomson tv. There is internal conflict within company and customers are suffering from this.

TIVI WIFI NIT WORKING AND nobody taking action

I have bought a thomson 9A series 80 cm (32inch) HD ready led smart android TV on dated 25/11/2021.Now suddenly some lining came on the TV screen and display showing black. Tv is on warranty period so I have registered a complain no.[protected] On customer care dated 13/09/2022 and they revert me my problem will be solved 48-72hour but now 72hour gone still they not provide me any solution. I have lot's of time talking about this matter to customer care but they didn't provide me service.

I bought Thomson TV in 11.05.2022, after two month my tv not working hence we had raised the complaint thru ref no DL12220722T31399 DT 20.07.2022 and technician visited on 25th Jul and found TV panel supply faulty so that panel be replace within the week but since to yet part replacement still pending and no body confirm that when will be change the part and i am asking timeline complaint closure to customer care [protected] talking to rude behavior and nothing provide solution.

I had purchased Thomson 6.5 kg 5 Star Rating Semi Automatic Top Load White, Grey on[protected]. I am facing an issue with the washing section and machine's Knob has been broken. I filled complaint on[protected] but till now they have not connected me. I sent many email to them but didn't get response. Also i called many time to their customer care, they are very rude and not providing any solution. Kindly look into this matter and solve the problem asap.

It's almost a month now I am coordinating with customer care of thomson, to get my issue resolved but they don't care about products, they keep asking for repairing charges even TV is in warranty.

Two days back one of there third party vendor visited my housed and he again saying the please pay the repairing charges now situation is above the tolerance limit hence I want refund of my tv or need replacement.
