We have purchased Thomson TV and it barely worked for 2 months, after that it got horizontal strips on the display and within few 2 days whole panel got the lines and we raised a complaint, but no response from the team. It's been almost 30 days we are trying to reach the team and no one is responding and the issue is not resolved.
