I have purchased Thomson LED TV last year. its not working while running itself shows blue screen blinking. I have called customer care and sent mail and after i got reply mail from them like within 48hrs will give the solution and after 72hrs also i didn't get any information after some days get one mail that due to Covid lockdown it will be delayed. I waited for until the lockdown is opened. There is no lockdown now and it's been 2months I have raised complaint. but till now no proper update, even the complaint ID also not generated. i have called Customer care and they are disconnecting the call even i can't connect to customer care now.
