Hello, Today i pinged the 'Thyrocare - Lingampally' agent for an enquiry about the 'RT PCR' test cost and details. When it comes to the cost he mentioned that they charge Rs.1200. I have asked him why you are charging more as others charging only Rs.500-750 he responded sarcastically and while i was chattign with him ignored my message and left the chat window. can you look into this matter as it is not good behaviour when talking to customer.
