I booked an appointment for influenza panel A and B on 11/03/2023 with Order VL5E42E9. The appointment had scheduled on 12/03/2023. I received a call that the technician is not available on the day. So, I agreed for next day (Monday) on 12/03/2023.
Even, that day also you can't arrange a technician for it. Then, I asked to cancel the order and same confirmed by your team.
Still, I can't received my refund on 22/03/2023. When I can expect the amount will credit to my account.

    Thyrocare care service is pathetic and awful. I booked appointment for full body check up two times but they never came to take a sample. Whenever I called support team and their technicians they used to tell me that they are coming but the fact is that they don't want to come. Only they are making execuses. Even their support executive told me technician is at my gate and he will call me. After waiting for 30 minutes I call back them and now they are saying they are unaware of these things. Not only one time they are doing this but consecutively two times they have done the same things. My wife hasn't eaten anything for 10 to 12 hrs for this purpose only . They don't have ethics and moral for their work.
    I have few names who really frustrated me like Mayank, Dantesh, Danish and the customer support team who didn't disclose their name.
    Never book appointments from Thyrocare.

    I am going to complaint against Thyrocare in consumer cell.

      I was booked blood test for my self and my wife for today 24/11/22 for 3:00 pm . We are in the fasting since morning just because of conducting these test . At 12: 30 pm i was received call some of Mr Chandan and he confirm me that he is coming for the sample collection but he did not come, at 14.30 i was received whats app msg of any Mr Sanjeev with contact no [protected] that technician is not available for the collection.

      Kindly confirm this type of service providing thyrocare, me & my wife in the fasting since morning and now we got a message that the sample collection is not possible.

      I will file the complaint against thyrocare in CONSUMER CELL also that thyrocare promote his business but not take caring of customers time and value.

        I had contacted Thyrocare service provider in Bangalore whose contact number is [protected] for urine analysis and urine culture for my mother who is 82 years old .The sample was collected on 10/11/22 at 8.30 Am and amount of Rs 1100/- was paid.
        Bute even after 60 hours I haven't received even the report o[censored]rine analysis. When contacted the service provider he sent a msg to my whatsapp for concerns regarding reports contact reporting team directly at [protected].When I contacted the above number a lady by Manjit answered and she was no help. Later I sent 2 mails to [protected]@thyrocare.com, but sadly they didn't respond. I request for early action. And as there is a delay on their part to give the urine analysis report refund my money partly and action to be taken on the service provider in Bangalore with contact Number [protected]

          The blood reports given to me were wrong, It showed me hepatitis b surface antigen positive. I had sleepless nights when discussed with Doctor, they suggested me for blood check from another lab. It came out negative.

            We had given blood samples of 3 patients on 16/07/2022. Booking was done through toll free number, where received call back from one of the representative from personal number. Amount mentioned at the time of booking and amount taken at the time of blood sample collection where different, even though paid and didn't lodged any complaint.
            But hard copies of reports are needed urgently. Your customers care whatsapp chat number is useless. Instead of solving problems they are here to irritate us.They keeps on asking for order ID where as there is no order I'd provided in soft copy or at the time of booking. We had provided customer ID and patient ID but it didn't helped. Post asking for not available order I'd it closed conversation!!!

              I was taking an insurance and the prerequisite was to get the medical test done. The insurance company booked the lab tests for me from their vendor namely THYROCARE.                 I would like to ask you who has given permission without taking our suggestion to convert us into OLC? When due to your personnel mistake, two Thyrocare franchise get opened in same area Ban77 & Ban79, Ban77 opened their lab in just 200mtrs radius and as per your terms there should not be any other thyrocare in and around 3kms radius, then how you have given the permission for opening two franchise?

                Hi dear, I also faced the same problem. even all other labs and companies provided on this stage. But they are still not provided a bill breakup. I am also trying for the last 1 month on this. Contacted Mumbai head office and customer care too but none of them has a good answer. They clearly refused this.

                It's really the worst part and is trusting Thryoare for so long but now I decided to leave and also will not recommend to others.

                  I am 73 years old, a diabetic who has for years been taking my regular blood tests with Thyrocare. Of late your service seems to have deteriorated. This is the second time i have been given a time but the technicians do not turn up to collect the sample

                  I was on the the messenger from 7 AM but they could not help
                  .Their only solution was " Can we book another day"

                    I have booked a test from Thyrocare but they have not provided an invoice copy to me for test reports, only the amount collected is shown in the customer details sections.

                    I have been contacting their customer care through mobile, online chat, and Whatsapp since 27th August 20221. I did multiple follow up by spending a lot of time. But no one helped me to provide the invoice. They purposefully avoid providing invoices and making the process much complex if someone needs an invoice.

                    I need an invoice copy to claim in my company.

                    Why a customer should follow up multiple times for an invoice? Can't they provide invoices for all the tests taken as a standard process irrespective of an explicit request from customers? Are there any other reasons why they are not providing invoices?

                            I anjay kumar age-51 kidney transplant patient and Babita devi age-49 kidney doner patient. I am oldest customer of thyrocare. On 29th July I have given my blood sample but I have not receive report yet .From 31st July am trying to contact thyrocare for my delay of report but I am not satisfied by their call. I had my doctor appointment but because of delay in report, my doctor appointment get canceled. Who so ever is responsible should be accountable for that.

                              Please avoid Thyrocare at all costs. We had a nightmarish experience while doing tests with Thyrocare. I had booked a full body checkup - arogyam plus a few other tests for my wife. Here is my experience-
