I booked an appointment for influenza panel A and B on 11/03/2023 with Order VL5E42E9. The appointment had scheduled on 12/03/2023. I received a call that the technician is not available on the day. So, I agreed for next day (Monday) on 12/03/2023.
Even, that day also you can't arrange a technician for it. Then, I asked to cancel the order and same confirmed by your team.
Still, I can't received my refund on 22/03/2023. When I can expect the amount will credit to my account.
