I had taken a package for a home collection test on 15th Nov 2023 for AAROGYAM 1.7 WITH UTSH. I received an email from you that test reports can be downloaded using a link. I tried retrieving the reports on 16th Feb as I am in need of it for tests related to a medical condition. I am not able to access the reposts anywhere and your customer care team told me that your database does not store any reports for more than 3 months .

Any complicated surgery will allow reports that are valid for 6 months and I am seriously surprised that Thyrocare cannot store customers records for at least the minimum timeline. The tests are worth at least 5000 INR in my case and it is really disappointing that I cannot retrieve the data just 3 months later.
None of your emails or invoices mention this clause so that a customer can be aware and download it in advance.
Your customer service team asked me to provide the vial barcodes however this is not shared with me over email or sms.

    My mother is 80 years and she is having high fever since three days. I booked a blood test from thyrocare on 28.8.23, sample was collected in morning 29.8.23. I requested manjeet kumar and sanjeev gaur for expediting the report. However even after 24 hours no test results have beren given. This is a grave concern as life of 80 years is under threat.

      Dear Customer Care,

      I am dissatisfied with the results and service as a result of incorrect results reports, and you are also an expert in conducting tests and failed to conduct one simple test related to Potassium due to some technical reason even after giving a blood sample a second time. Also, as per the package, I am supposed to get a doctor's consultation, but that has not happened.

      So on this basis, please refund the amount; otherwise, refund the amount if you can't provide correct test results.

        I booked medical checkup paid online Rs3598/- on 22 March 2023 and sample collected 23rd morning but on 24th evening asked about the invoice (after two days of payment) they told it was sent to email but was not received due to the reason
        (1) they used wrong spelling in my email I'd which I spelt correctly over phone.
        (2) Also they sent the invoice where my name is again wrongly spelt as AJAY KUMAR BEHERA. Correct is AJAYA KUMAR BEHERA.
        (3) On 24th evening they are informing me that blood for fasting is to be collected again due some technical reason but their STAFF is unavailable to collect BLOOD on 25th, in this process they are delaying my reports which I had to submit to my company. They are asking me to come to the lab for blood collection on 25th which I am preparing myself to go to Thorocare Lab on my own expenses.

          I booked an appointment for influenza panel A and B on 11/03/2023 with Order VL5E42E9. The appointment had scheduled on 12/03/2023. I received a call that the technician is not available on the day. So, I agreed for next day (Monday) on 12/03/2023.
          Even, that day also you can't arrange a technician for it. Then, I asked to cancel the order and same confirmed by your team.
          Still, I can't received my refund on 22/03/2023. When I can expect the amount will credit to my account.

            Thyrocare care service is pathetic and awful. I booked appointment for full body check up two times but they never came to take a sample. Whenever I called support team and their technicians they used to tell me that they are coming but the fact is that they don't want to come. Only they are making execuses. Even their support executive told me technician is at my gate and he will call me. After waiting for 30 minutes I call back them and now they are saying they are unaware of these things. Not only one time they are doing this but consecutively two times they have done the same things. My wife hasn't eaten anything for 10 to 12 hrs for this purpose only . They don't have ethics and moral for their work.
            I have few names who really frustrated me like Mayank, Dantesh, Danish and the customer support team who didn't disclose their name.
            Never book appointments from Thyrocare.

            I am going to complaint against Thyrocare in consumer cell.

              I was booked blood test for my self and my wife for today 24/11/22 for 3:00 pm . We are in the fasting since morning just because of conducting these test . At 12: 30 pm i was received call some of Mr Chandan and he confirm me that he is coming for the sample collection but he did not come, at 14.30 i was received whats app msg of any Mr Sanjeev with contact no [protected] that technician is not available for the collection.

              Kindly confirm this type of service providing thyrocare, me & my wife in the fasting since morning and now we got a message that the sample collection is not possible.

              I will file the complaint against thyrocare in CONSUMER CELL also that thyrocare promote his business but not take caring of customers time and value.

                Delay in medical reports by thyrocare

                I had contacted Thyrocare service provider in Bangalore whose contact number is [protected] for urine analysis and urine culture for my mother who is 82 years old .The sample was collected on 10/11/22 at 8.30 Am and amount of Rs 1100/- was paid.
                Bute even after 60 hours I haven't received even the report o[censored]rine analysis. When contacted the service provider he sent a msg to my whatsapp for concerns regarding reports contact reporting...

                The blood reports given to me were wrong, It showed me hepatitis b surface antigen positive. I had sleepless nights when discussed with Doctor, they suggested me for blood check from another lab. It came out negative....

                I have thyro care for arogyam 1.3 package booking
                I given morning 7 am appointment for sample collection excutive came 10.20 am for sample collection on that time booking I'd also not generate booking I'd generated on 1.30pm from 2 days onwards i was approached customer care people for booking I'd sample collection no proper response
                Even my reports also not fair iam feeling during heavy waiting with fasting my reports came...

                My recent experience regarding ordering thyrocare tests haven’t been satisfactory, to say the least. On 30/07/22 I ordered Thyrocare Aarogyam B package for both my parents Mahadev Chakravarti and Tapati Chakravarti (booking id #VL6F23E6). I received a confirmation mail from thyrocare representative Priti Ram Gujrathi and also asked to keep sum of estimated bill of Rs 2100 ready for payment. I also decided to add FBS for Mahadev Chakravarti as he is a known diabetic and I sent my request to thyrocare booking business whatsapp no [protected]. On 31/07/22 when technician came to collect sample as scheduled I was asked to pay in the payment link which I did (I have attached the bill which says nothing about which test costs how much). Later I noticed the wide disparity between the two amounts, one that mentioned in my confirmation mail and other that I was asked to pay during the test. For 2 Aarogyam B packages Rs 2100 was payable whereas I was made to pay Rs 3225 for 2 Aarogyam B package + 1 FBS.
                I have informed about this erratic billing to Thyrocare complaint whatsapp no and also the business whatsapp no but to no remedy.
                I demand the refund of excess amount that I was charged during the process. I am a regular customer of Thyrocare and betrayal of such sort will harm the trust I gained over years towards Thyrocare.
                Kindly help me regain the trust in your company

                    We had given blood samples of 3 patients on 16/07/2022. Booking was done through toll free number, where received call back from one of the representative from personal number. Amount mentioned at the time of booking and amount taken at the time of blood sample collection where different, even though paid and didn't lodged any complaint.
                    But hard copies of reports are needed urgently. Your customers care whatsapp chat number is useless. Instead of solving problems they are here to irritate us.They keeps on asking for order ID where as there is no order I'd provided in soft copy or at the time of booking. We had provided customer ID and patient ID but it didn't helped. Post asking for not available order I'd it closed conversation!!!

                      I was taking an insurance and the prerequisite was to get the medical test done. The insurance company booked the lab tests for me from their vendor namely THYROCARE. I got my lab test done from Thyrocare. In the tests, thyroid profile (TSH) was also done.                         Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I would like to ask you who has given permission without taking our suggestion to convert us into OLC? When due to your personnel mistake, two Thyrocare franchise get opened in same area Ban77 & Ban79, Ban77 opened their lab in just 200mtrs radius and as per your terms there should not be any other thyrocare in and around 3kms radius, then how you have given the permission for opening two franchise?
                        We were tied up with you for more than 2 years as DSA, then took the franchise and gave you the nice business. Why not you are asking BAN77 to relocate, we feel that something fishy is going on behind this.

                        Now all of sudden Mr Aravind called us and told us that you have converted us into OLC without taking our permission and now asking to change our address, it is not at all tolerable.

                        We have invested a lot, who is going to bear the loss? We don't want to hear any excuses. We want our TSP position at the earliest. If you are not providing our TSP position back then you have to return all the money till date we have given you the business & also whatever we have invested in Thyrocare and the loss which we face because of your organisation.

                        We are looking forward to proper judgement.

                          Hi dear, I also faced the same problem. even all other labs and companies provided on this stage. But they are still not provided a bill breakup. I am also trying for the last 1 month on this. Contacted Mumbai head office and customer care too but none of them has a good answer. They clearly refused this.

                          It's really the worst part and is trusting Thryoare for so long but now I decided to leave and also will not recommend to others.

                            I am 73 years old, a diabetic who has for years been taking my regular blood tests with Thyrocare. Of late your service seems to have deteriorated. This is the second time i have been given a time but the technicians do not turn up to collect the sample
                            order no VLA6A9DDB/VL4120C4 (2 orders for 1 request?)
                            None of the technicians came upto 8.30 AM
                            I was on the the messenger from 7 AM but they could not help
                            .Their only solution was " Can we book another day"
                            You would appreciate 10 hours fasting for a diabetic is not easy and when it was wasted it becomes even more painful
